Please note the amendment to re-arranging League Matches - these must be followed please

7th March 2019

The following was agreed and voted on at the first meeting of the Indoor Members Committee on Monday, September 18th 2017.

Any team that wishes to rearrange a league match will only be allowed to rearrange the scheduled match once.

The office will provide an alternative date, however, due to rink availability this may not always be on the same day and time as the original league match.

If both teams can arrange an alternative which is agreeable, they are welcome to do so as long as it does not change any other matches or pre-booked rinks.

If either team are unable to play on the re-arranged date and time, they will not be allowed to re-arrange a second date and the original defaulting team will forfeit the match and be responsible for the outstanding rink fee.

Points and shots will be awarded to the non defaulting team as set out in the club League rules.

For any triples leagues, it has been decided that a team can field two players should this allow the match to be played without the requirement to re-arrange.  Both teams would play with 8 bowls and the defaulting team forfeit 25% of their total score.

The defaulting team will still be responsible for any shortfall in rink fees.
